General Mills, Kraft launch “word-of-mouth networks” — Even food companies are jumping on the social networking bandwagon. General Mills launched pssst.generalmills.com and Kraft started kraftfirsttaste.com, both of which promote new products, offer coupons, and solicit feedback from members.
