Energy Roundup: Exelon Raises NRG Bid, BP Closes Renewables HQ and More

Exelon bumps up hostile bid for NRG — Recognizing that NRG has done a good job of blocking its takeover bid, Exelon has raised the offer about 12 percent, to $7.45 billion.
