Apple sued by consumers again — Some consumers are suing Apple for allegedly marketing iTunes gift cards as able to purchase music at 99 cents a download, even though some titles are 30 cents more. [Source: CNET]

Germany readies to fine Rapidshare — A German regional court is ready to fine file-hosing company Rapidshare for infringing copyright on €24 million ($34 million) worth of music. [Source: TechCrunch]
