Having served as a soldier in the United States Army for over twenty years and having served in civilian law enforcement of five years. I feel that I need to make aware of how healthcare reform can be futuristically applied in the suppression, infringement and suspension of our constitutional rights and civil liberties.
Healthcare reform threatens our democracy as a form of enslaving its citizen as we will become even more sub servant to the government. (An apparent goal of the President Barak Hussein Obama and his totalitarian regime, composed members of his administration whom that are appointed and unofficial representatives of self or corporate interest and other elected politicians whom have influence of bill creation and wordage.)
Healthcare reform bill is over 1200 pages in its current form and will grow larger and extensively. Only one can imagine how large this healthcare will be in the future. The current tax code has over 63,000 pages. This healthcare reform of government run healthcare could and will possibly go beyond that. There will be enough management and professional jobs for the current politicians of all 435 members of congress and 100 senators on this healthcare reform and enough room for the nepotism and cronyism to continue. The bureaucracy that it will create wills nearly double the size of the current federal government. Membership into a union will be mandatory and expand their roll numbers limiting bidding contracts and any type of outside labor force.
Almost immediately the politicians will change the rules as far as who gets taxed to pay for healthcare. Currently it claims incomes over 250,000 dollars will change almost immediately and in time require everyone or every family member into a single payer system or into a co-operative. If the co-operative is chosen by congress it will be federally influenced through politically appointments for chairmanship, a board of directors and its members through mandates and other financial means. Any type of healthcare reform or bill passed this year will be changed with amendments and reconciliations.
IN THE FUTURE: The government will require every citizen-human (legal or illegal) onto a government run program. There will be no longer a need for Medi-care, Medicaid, Veteran Affairs Administration or Indian Health Services clinics, private or charity hospitals. These will be closed under a ?fairness-doctrine? that will be legislated and for the purpose of current and future budget constraints. Directives from a Health and Human Service Committee will be handed down to these places as they will not conform to ?their model? of a socialized healthcare place and practices. Any existence of private practices of free enterprise will not be able to compete. (Example: Wal-mart opens a Supercenter and knocks out its competition as the government monopolizes the healthcare system and places in a welfare system only to be honored at their convenient location.)
General medical doctors, private physicians and professionals providing government healthcare will decide to ?opt-out? due to financial hardships that will be endured as their services will not be reimbursed fairly by the government bureaucrats whom will use given mathematical equations, guided tables of calculations and a slow payment of fees rendered or reimbursement by the private healthcare facility will increase the hardship. Doctor and patient relations will most likely deteoriate as it will also be a major factor in the decision to not accept new patients or government enrollment. If anyone has dealt with the government knows of all the paperwork that will be required for enrollment and keeping within their system. Massive closing of clinics and hospitals will likely occur. The final result will be ?pooling? together into one common mass.
This healthcare reform will violate our 4th Amendment rights by the right to privacy. The government will have a need to know what property we have, inherited, gifted or worked for, such as a Means Statement to be completed by the patient or guardian thereof. The statement will be required for the enrollment onto healthcare, questioning: income, joint incomes, real estate, stocks, bonds, monies in savings, livestock, square footage of living space, rental properties, personal assets and etc.
With today?s and futuristic technology an implantation of a Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) chip will be required. Where your basic medical, personal and financial transactions will originate from an inserted or medically placed chip under your skin. The government will know where you are and where your family is at all times, twenty four hours a day of every minute from near conception to death. You could be taxed just by how much oxygen you breathe- dioxide is exhaled creating and calculating your carbon imprint onto the environment. Once pregnant you and your spouse will pay dearly and heavily.
Once enrolled the government can and will dictate how much and what to eat and drink by taxation and the use of the RFID chip. If you or your family?s current diet is healthy or not healthy and may require its citizens to eat a specific diet for the good of the self health, humanity and its labor force. They can and will charge you additional taxes for the amount of consumption of calories, carbohydrates, fatty acids and other ingredients. Such as additional taxes on alcoholic items, beverages, soda, meats, poultry, cigarette and tobacco, junk food and candies. The list of additionally taxed items will grow larger.
Due taxes related to the mandatory declaration of firearms possession and ownership will be required and will infringe on our 2nd amendment rights. They will know what model, caliber and serial number of the firearms. They will keep track of how many rounds of ammunition you have. Where they are stored and may require further licenses for justification. Mandated criminal, credit and moral background investigations, mental and physical checks will be required for ownership, again violating your right to privacy and infringing on your liberties. You will not be able to own or carry a firearm if the tests or background investigations return as negative. You will not have the possibility or affordability to face your accuser as you will be ordered to comply with given statutes and policy directives. Transfer of firearms will not be allowed and the surrender of firearms and licenses to authorities will be imminent.
Enrollment in the program will require immunizations and can implement eugenics and euthanasia, forced sterilization and abortions could happen as many scientists are on the presidential advisory committees and laying the framework for the healthcare legislation.
If you are convicted of a crime or if you stand accused of committing a crime the RFID chip can be a powerful tool in law enforcement. Punishment can be initiated or extended and fines that are court ordered can be extracted immediately. There will be no place for a criminal or an accused criminal to hide from the judicial branch, any members of law enforcement community and various levels of government officials.
Upon the RFID chip implant you will be on a satellite grid co-ordinate tracking system or global positioning system (GPS), closed circuit cameras and an expansive system of fiber optics computer/data networks. The year 2010 census will play a large part in tracking its citizens as it is the beginning of placing people and families onto a pinpointed grid coordinate to their front doorstep by use of GPS methods.
Newly designed congressional and senatorial districts will be laid out and implemented, to keep the ones in power from failing to get re-elected by using race, gender, trends, past voting records and voter popularity. I suspect more electronic voting machines will also be indoctrinated as they have been proven to be manipulated. The citizens of this country will find themselves upon lists for speaking out against the politicians and the elitists. You will be labeled a radical from public speaking from casual conversation to computer blogs.
The 1st amendment is going away and evaporating under this totalitarian regime in the White House. Be wary of your religious and political beliefs, labeling and names such as: alarmist, anti-gay, fear monger, a birther, a liar, a possible terrorist, anti-conformist and many other labels that threaten their existence in their quest for power and a vast amount of wealth that can be made by lobbying, providing services, pharmaceuticals and supplies into this new healthcare creation.
This bill is looking as the initiation and revisions of the income tax, the establishment of the Internal Revenue Service and the privatization of the Federal Reserve in 1913. Taxes will not be kept here in the United States but will be required to the Council of Foreign Relations, International Monetary Fund and the World Health Organization as the United States government will sign onto the United Nations future health pacts and agreements to provide food subsidies and medical treatment to poorer nations, enroll their citizens and masses onto a worldwide/international healthcare. We will no longer be a sovereign nation and the constitution/Bill of Rights will be useless or nonexistent, in its current form.
I did not cover common alleged complaints or problems of future healthcare. Such as rationing, long lists, counseling for the terminally ill or near death, the overall amount of funding into providing healthcare, our current and projected national debt; use of other industrialized nations polls or comparison to our current system, as it was of my hope to keep this opinion based on the intrusion and government infringement of our basic constitutional rights.
I beg for all of the citizens and our elected officials, not to give up their liberties in place of some promised security. Do not let the government have this much control. A government with added legislative requirements for the admiration of having Orwellian technology and its vision of having turning America into a Utopian society is bound to become oppressive onto its citizens. This healthcare is nothing but a disguise as an additional tax and a way for the government to control its populace.
THIS FUTURE OF HEALTHCARE REFORM AND ITS MANDATORY REQUIRMENTS OF PARTICIPATION WILL DESTROY AMERICA IF THE GOVERNMENT GETS INVOLVED IN OUR DAILY LIVES.
